We will ask some screening questions in relation to Covid-19
If patients have a fever or any COVID19 symptoms, we ask you to please reschedule.
Please reschedule if anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks.
Please be patient with us as we allow enough time for enhanced disinfection between patients.
If possible, please pay by credit or debit card rather than cash.
Thank you for helping us all to keep safe.
You may have heard that steps are being made to re-open dental practices in Northern Ireland. At present we are still only able to offer advice and treatment to those patients in need of urgent dental care, but we are hopeful that progress will be made with the phased lifting of current restrictions to allow us to offer non-urgent and routine care in the not too distant future.
We are all looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our surgery. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.
Our practice follows infection control guidelines made by the governing bodies. We are up to date on new guidance that has been issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to recommendations. We will always wear a mask, a face shield and disposable gown or apron in clinical areas and all team members will be health screened daily before commencing work.
We want to make you aware of some changes to the practice when you attend for your next appointment. We have made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
The new guidelines and changes we have made mean that we will be seeing fewer patients per day so please be patient with us. We have a backlog of patients to see and will try to prioritise those in most need. We will endeavour to see all our patients as soon as current Department of Health restrictions allow. A member of our dental team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
From simple fillings, extractions and whitening to veneers, crowns and implants, we take the time to understand your specific needs and strive to make your visit a calm and pleasurable experience.
From the moment you first walk through our doors, you will be greeted by our friendly team members who will sit with you and put your mind at ease - nervous patients are just one of our specialties! We’ll discuss our modern dental techniques, answer any questions and help you decide which procedures are right for you. Most of all, we want to give you the smile you’ve always wanted from a dental team you can truly trust.
Located on Church St, Warrenpoint Newry, we are only one hour away from both Belfast and Dublin on the M1 and offer convenient access for patients from counties Down, Armagh, Louth, Monaghan and beyond.
